Tryouts Day 2
JV/Varsity Tryouts (May '24): Return for Day 2 of tryouts. Doors will close promptly at 12:30 p.m. Players will be divided into two courts for appropriate-level play. We will go over serving, passing, attacking, and team play. Tryouts will end at 2:30 pm. The first set of cuts will be made at the end of Day 2.
Frosh/Soph Tryouts (July '24): Check-in begins at 10:30 am. Doors will close promptly at 11:00 am. Players will be divided into two courts for appropriate-level play. Serving, passing, and attacking will be the focus of the day. The first set of cuts will be made at the end of Day 2.

Tryouts Day 3
JV/Varsity Tryouts (May '24): Arrive by 12:15pm. Doors will close at 12:30pm. More group and 6v6 play will be incorporated, along with a review of skills. Final cuts for Varsity and Junior Varsity will be made at the end of Day 3. Tryouts will end at 2:30pm.
Frosh/Soph Tryouts (July '24): Check-in begins at 10:30am. Doors closed at 11am. Group play and 6v6 will be the emphasis for the day. Final cuts for Frosh/Soph will be made at the end of Day 3. Tryouts will end at 1pm.

Bingo Day
Parents are asked to signup for two bingo days per year. Twenty volunteers are needed each day to facilitate the event. Funds received from general boosters, goes right into the volleybal program.

Spiritpacks and Gear
Spirit packs will include t-shirts, hoodies, socks, kneepads, and additional gear to complete the uniform package. The cost for the spirit packs is $275 (Varsity) and $250 (JV and frosh/soph), and it is asked for at the parent meeting in July. Additional items like shoes, sleeves, etc. are available for purchase in our store.

CHHS Volleyball is responsible for raising all funds to support their program. Our fundraisers help pay for uniforms, equipment, tournaments, and coaching staff. All players and their families are asked to donate their time and resources to support the frosh/soph, junior varsity, and varsity players in the program.

Snack Bar
Parents are asked to donate products for our home game snack bar, which could include drinks, chips, snacks, etc. They are also asked to signup to volunteer at two home games (opposite the schedule of their player), to facilitate the purchase of these items. volunteer at homegame

SnapRaise
Players are asked to reach out to extended family and friends, asking for support for the volleyball program. Players can text or email grandparents, aunts, uncles, or family friends for tax deductable donations.
